TICKETS AND PARKING
Event VIP Ticket Sales
As with all NXL events, spectators are welcome to enjoy the trade show and watch the divisional games free of charge (even parking is free!). CLUB & VIP seating along with reserved parking options are also available. The NXL beer garden and family-friendly concessions will also be set up within the free trade show throughout the event. All major credit cards, as well as cash, are accepted at the event.

VIP Seating
A special VIP section will be set up along the pro field where VIP ticket holders can bring in their drinks and treats to enjoy while watching the Pro games from the comfort of tabled seating under a tented section along the Pro field. Ticket holders will also have in and out access to grandstand seating. NXL staff will be selling both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the VIP beginning at 10am daily.

Club VIP Seating
Enjoy a cash bar and raised seating as you mingle and watch the NXL Pro Games from the covered shade of the NXL VIP Club Level Lounge! This VIP section is located along the center of the Pro Field spectator side. The VIP Club Level Lounge has a raised tent for comfortable seating no matter what the weather has in store.

VIP Parking
While general parking is free at all NXL events, there is a VIP parking lot where you can park near the trade show entrance every day of the event!

FAQ
Q: Do I need a ticket to watch games at the event?
A: All attendees can watch games on the divisional fields free of charge. Viewing areas for the Professional Field require a separate ticket purchase.
Q: I purchased VIP or Club VIP tickets. How do I receive them?
A: Upon arrival, visit the Merchandise side of the NXL Booth and present the QR code from your purchase confirmation email. You will receive your VIP wristband(s) there.
Q: I purchased VIP Parking. How do I access the VIP Parking Lot?
A: An employee will be on site in the parking lot to scan your receipt QR Code for pre-purchased passes and provide your printed parking pass or you can purchase in person as available at the merchandise booth. A parking attendant will verify your pass and direct you to the VIP Lot. Once parked, place the ticket on your dashboard with the printed side facing up. The physical parking pass must remain visible inside the car the entire time. Cars without visible VIP Parking passes may be subject to being towed. Q: Do I need to purchase tickets in advance, or can I buy them at the event?
A: If tickets remain available, they can be purchased on-site. However, ticketed viewing areas have limited capacity and often sell out. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee your spot.
Q: Do I need to pay for parking?
A: General parking is free at all NXL events. Access to the VIP Parking lot requires a separate ticket purchase.
Q: Is there handicap parking spots available?
A: Handicap spots are available on a first come-first serve basis for those with a physical parking accessibility placard/license plate. Photos will not be accepted. Placard/license plate must remain with the vehicle the entire time it is parked in a handicap parking spot. Cars without visible placard/license plate will be subject to being towed. NXL Events Parking Policy
NXL Events is updating its parking procedures to improve traffic flow, verify parking credentials, and ensure that required parking areas are used appropriately. All participants and spectators must follow the parking instructions provided by NXL Events staff and parking attendants.
VIP Parking
All vehicles using VIP Parking must have a valid physical VIP Parking Sticker/Pass.
VIP Parking requirements:

The VIP Parking Sticker/Pass must remain in the vehicle at all times while the vehicle is parked in VIP Parking.

Vehicles that already have their physical VIP Parking Sticker/Pass may use the VIP Express Entry Lane.

A person scanning on-line purchases and provided passes will be available in the parking lot from opening until 10:00 AM each day, except Sunday.

VIP Parking passes shown on a phone will not be accepted.

Screenshots, confirmation emails, QR codes, or images on a phone will not be accepted as a substitute for the physical sticker/pass.

If you purchased or received VIP Parking, you must obtain the physical VIP Parking Sticker/Pass for your vehicle before using VIP Parking.

VIP Parking is subject to availability and enforcement by NXL Events parking staff.
Accessible Parking
NXL Events will provide accessible parking based on an expected parking capacity of 1,000 vehicles. Under the ADA accessible parking table, parking facilities with 501–1,000 total spaces must provide accessible spaces equal to 2% of the total number of spaces; for 1,000 spaces, that equals 20 accessible parking spaces. At least one of every six accessible spaces, or fraction of six, must be van-accessible, so 20 accessible spaces requires 4 van-accessible spaces.
Accessible Parking requirements:

Accessible Parking will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Vehicles must have either:

a valid physical handicap/accessible parking placard, or
-
a valid handicap/accessible license plate.

The placard or license plate must remain with the vehicle at all times while parked in Accessible Parking.

Images, screenshots, or photos of a placard or license plate shown on a phone will not be accepted.

Once Accessible Parking is full, additional vehicles will be directed to General Parking. Participants may purchase VIP Parking subject to availability.

Parking staff may deny access to Accessible Parking if the vehicle does not have the required physical placard or qualifying license plate.
Important Reminders
Physical parking credentials are required. NXL Events will not accept phone images, screenshots, or digital-only proof for VIP Parking or Accessible Parking.
All parking credentials must stay with the vehicle. Vehicles parked without the proper physical parking credential may be redirected, removed from restricted parking areas, or subject to additional enforcement by the venue or event staff.
NXL Events reserves the right to adjust parking procedures as needed for safety, traffic flow, venue requirements, weather, or compliance with applicable law.
